For a client, we are seeking an experienced IT Outsourcing Manager / Vendor Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing the diversity and complexity of our IT services, ensuring delivery quality, and controlling costs through effective sourcing strategies.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months (The mission could be part-time)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in defining short and long-term IT sourcing strategies and developing their business cases.
• Clarify roles and responsibilities within the IT Sourcing team versus main Services Delivery managers.
• Understand and follow the main service agreements with IT partners, managing obligations.
• Manage SLAs and KPIs of IT partners, proposing evolutions to generate more value.
• Enhance reporting on IT population (internal, external, and partners) in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Document and optimize IT sourcing processes, contributing to strategy education and communication.
• Execute various sourcing processes, including the recurring audit of IT partners and external collaborators.
• Responsibilities may be refined based on experience and interest.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in an IT delivery role within a medium to large IT department.
• Deep expertise in managing IT sourcing partners for a large organization, including multi-vendors and offshore delivery.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with offshore partners.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Language Proficiency:

• English (Good speaking, reading, and writing skills mandatory)
• Dutch (Good speaking, reading, and writing skills preferable)
• French (Fluent speaking, reading, and writing skills preferable)

The ideal candidate will have a mid-level to senior experience, with a minimum of 2 years for soft skills and 5 years for business and technical experience. We are looking for a professional who can propose creative solutions, pay attention to detail, and has a strong track record of working in IT sourcing within complex and diverse service environments.
