For a client we are seeking a Data Insights Analyst to join the Customer Tribe within the Customer Operations Circle. This role is pivotal in using data to support, challenge, and inspire colleagues with clear recommendations, actionable insights, and efficient self-service dashboards.

Job Title: Data Insights Analyst

Location: Antwerpen (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership with a sense of calm, clarity, and predictability by understanding the plans and ambitions of stakeholders impacting operations.
• Promote transparency and understanding of Customer Operations by providing clear and accessible information to leadership stakeholders.
• Lead insights deep dives and cases around key operations topics.
• Translate business questions into a set of questions or hypotheses.
• Write queries, gather necessary data, and manipulate data accordingly.
• Analyze data using relevant techniques and create a comprehensive storyline summarizing key findings.
• Present insights to stakeholders within the Operations Circle, including team managers, Tribe Leads, and the Operations Vice President.
• Support team members as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Sciences, Information Management) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Consulting or similar industries is a plus.
• Proficiency with at least one reporting tool; experience with QlikSense is a plus.
