For a client, we are seeking a Senior BI Business Analyst / Domain Lead:

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 31/12/24 (with possible extension)
Location: Gosselies + Remote

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders during the scoping phase.
• Inventory measurements/indicators, KPIs, data sources, and sets.
• Build a Requirements matrix based on consolidated business demands.
• Collaborate with IT BAs of source applications and contribute to the development of Analytics conceptual data models.
• Contribute to various deliverables, including IT risk analysis.
• Assist in BI solution costing and collaborate closely with data solution architects.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications during the delivery phase.
• Develop logical data models and support developers throughout the build phase.
• Produce complex reports and dashboards, test developed solutions, and accompany business tests.
• Write end-user documentation and train key users.
• Ensure the quality of deliveries related to the BI domain.
• Apply and enforce testing methodology, monitor test preparation and execution, and coordinate necessary corrections.
• Manage operational aspects of the domain, ensuring continuity of service and being the key contact for SAP BO / SAP DS / BW technologies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an application/project management role.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL language.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level) and French (C2 level) as per the CEFR scale.
• Experience with a modeling tool (Sparx EA or equivalent).
• Experience in product/application/small project management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BO, SAP DS, Oracle databases, and proven reporting skills (capturing needs, designing, and building reports and KPIs).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a functional analyst.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to formalize functional analysis in various UML diagrams.
• Interpretation and understanding of BPMN diagrams.
• 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps, Azure, and Power BI (2 years).
• Proven methodology and testing techniques (integration and functional).
