IT & Data Manager

Mission:

Our mission is to build a CO₂-neutral energy future. Heating is the main source of emissions for residential customers, which is why we aim to help our clients transition away from fossil fuels and adopt heat pumps. Detailed Tasks:

• Maintain and improve the tools used in day-to-day activities: quotation, offering, invoicing, etc.

• Propose and develop solutions and processes to increase operational efficiency: automation of process flows, database management, document archiving, data integrity, etc.
• Design and maintain the data model and architecture of the new activity to ensure scalability and security.
• Ensure regular updates and quality control of databases to guarantee data accuracy and reliability.
• Document processes and workflows to ensure traceability and facilitate onboarding and continuous improvement.
• Produce performance reporting and dashboards to monitor operational KPIs and support decision-making.
• Translate team member business needs into requirements towards external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other internal departments (IT, Data, Procurement, etc.) whenever projects require cross-functional alignment, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication.
• Manage the IT roadmap to meet the business and operational needs of the heat pump sales activities.

• Experience in process automation tools and techniques
• Business competencies mapping
• Coding knowledge
• Use of Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to produce performance reports and dashboards (Qlik or equivalent)
• Salesforce knowledge (desirable)
• Autonomy and sense of business
• Ability to work in a structured and organized way
• Proficiency in French and/or Dutch, with English also needed
