Role Description:

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with knowledge of Retail and Private Banking and Securities Handling. The role involves working on the development of new Investment Services and further implementation of the Capital Gains Tax.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product owner and members of the Custody Squad.
• Perform impact analysis and detail business, regulatory, legal, and process requirements.
• Refine solutions with the Product Owner and develop their business case.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure all information is available.
• Participate in relevant agile ceremonies.
• Regularly report on status at different levels in the Tribe.
• Lead change activities (launch, go to market, IT release).
• Gather, understand, and challenge the needs of diverse external and internal stakeholders.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch & French: Strong written and spoken communication skills in one language with a good understanding of the other.
• English: Main language spoken in the team. Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Business Sciences or equivalent business experience.

Certifications:

Certification in Agile methodologies (recommended).

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Securities environment (Custody).
• Experience with (agile) project management.
• Experience in business analysis and conversion of ideation into features.
• Experience in leading workshops.
• Experience in Securities (custody, brokerage, transactions).
• Experience in Retail and Private Banking (preferable).
