Mission Context:

As a DEV Engineer, you will apply various skills including analysis, design, development, testing, and integration to deliver a product at the end of each sprint.

Function Description:

• Commit to helping the team deliver a product at the end of each sprint.
• Collaborate beyond your specific knowledge domain to support team members.
• Focus on completing the sprint backlog, as determined by the Product Owner.
• Adhere to scrum values: focused, committed, open, respectful, and courageous.
• Engage in knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Active knowledge of at least one local language and passive knowledge of the other.
• French: Active knowledge of at least one local language and passive knowledge of the other.
• English: Active knowledge of at least one local language and passive knowledge of the other.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Technical experience as a Mainframe Developer / Technical Analyst.
• Familiarity with tools used on Mainframe.
• Eagerness to learn applications, including older/legacy ones, and a preference for long-term engagement.

Business Experience:

• Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
• Experience in banking is highly advantageous.

• Excellent analysis skills.
• Strong team spirit and efficient communication skills.
• Ambitious towards achieving squad targets.
• Promote continuous improvement in market evolutions and working methods to enhance software and hardware delivery speed and operational quality.

Work Arrangement:

50% on-site in Brussels and 50% homeworking.
