IT Risk & Operations Manager

Role Description:

As an IT Risk & Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing key processes within the Tribe. Your responsibilities will include:

• Asset & Service Management: Ensure referentials are up to date, maintain applications, and describe services accurately to enable squads to deliver customer value.
• Incident & Problem Management: Oversee incidents, restore operations swiftly, participate in crisis calls, publish communications, conduct root cause analysis, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Continuity Management: Develop and experiment disaster recovery scenarios during annual exercises.
• Risks & Security Management: Collaborate with Security CoE teams to manage risks, close audit recommendations, execute control plans, and resolve security threats and vulnerabilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Technical proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools such as Archer or Service Now.
• Business experience in digital security and process improvement.
• Proven experience in an IT tribe environment, working in Agile.
