Junior IT Support Engineer
Location: East Flanders (initially full-time onsite, with hybrid options possible later)
Start Date: 01/04/2026 (an earlier start date is negotiable)

Language Requirements: English (working language); knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
Job Description:
As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related questions and issues within an environment of approximately 80 users. You will provide all-round IT support with a focus on infrastructure and networking.
Responsibilities:
First- and second-line IT support for approximately 80 users
Support of Windows 11 workstations (hardware & software)
Management and support of users, laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
Basic management and monitoring of virtual servers
Support with network- and infrastructure-related issues
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment
Escalation of more complex issues when necessary
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and IT management
Profile:
Junior IT profile or first relevant work experience
Strong IT foundation with broad, all-round knowledge
Interest in or basic knowledge of: Networking (LAN/WAN, basic troubleshooting), IT infrastructure, virtualization
Hands-on, eager to learn, and problem-solving mindset
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
