Strategy Consultant 

Context

The client is launching a set of high-impact strategic initiatives that will shape the future of its delivery network. The work is highly visible and will result in Executive Committee-level recommendations.

Scope of the Assignment

The consultant will be responsible for leading analysis and developing recommendations across three strategic topics:

• Defining access for third parties to the locker network (process design, pricing models, scope).
• Developing a new budget product leveraging the existing network (operating model & customer proposition).
• Designing the future strategy, including optimal footprint, location strategy, and service integration.

Target Consultant Profile

We are looking for consultants with the following background:

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and deliver clear, Executive Committee-ready recommendations.
• Strong analytical capabilities (advanced Excel and PowerBI required).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating closely with leadership.

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in English
• Fluent (business level) in French and Dutch

Practical Details

• Start date: As soon as possible
• Location: Brussels 
• Onsite presence: Minimum 3 days per week
• Reporting line: Head of Strategic Projects / Head of Department
