Platform Support Engineer
Location: West-Vlaanderen
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of the internal development platform.
- Proactively detect bottlenecks and identify improvements for the product development team.
- Deploy and configure new features and services within the internal development platform.
- Assist development teams by following DevOps principles and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to platform components, resources, and deployments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Azure.
- Azure Administrator Associate certification is a plus.
- Proven experience managing and maintaining Kubernetes environments.
- Skilled in monitoring and observability, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable product improvements.
- Experienced in software development lifecycles and deployment pipelines.
- Affinity with software development; familiarity with the Java Spring stack is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both infrastructure and product development teams.
- Eager to investigate complex challenges, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and think outside of the box.
