Job description:

As an AI Platform Owner / Architect, you are technically responsible for designing, building and implementing a standardized, secure and scalable AI platform with agentic AI capabilities. You combine architecture with ownership: you determine the technical direction and standards, monitor the implementation, and ensure that AI solutions can function reliably, compliant and effectively within the organization. You work closely with security, compliance, infra / cloud teams, enterprise architecture and other stakeholders to accelerate adoption without losing sight of governance.

Responsibilities:

Standardization of the AI stack: Selecting and maintaining the enterprise AI ‑ stack and defining approval processes.
Management of instruction infrastructure: Designing and rolling out tooling for instruction hierarchy.
Implementation of guard rails and security controls: Implement technical guard rails and real-time detection of policy violations.
Improve the developer experience: Delivering self ‑ service capabilities and fast feedback loops.
Observability and monitoring: End ‑ to ‑ end view of agent ‑ behavior and quality.
Cost management (FinOps): Insight and optimization of costs per use ‑ case.
Security, privacy and compliance: Integrating EU AI Act ‑ principles and leading secure development policies.
Roadmap and stakeholder management: Roadmap for platform capabilities and managing suppliers / partners.

Required qualifications and experience:

At least 10 years of experience in cloud & platform engineering with a focus on AI capabilities.
Thorough knowledge of LLMs and agent AI ‑ patterns.
Experience with MLOps / Model serving and policy ‑ as ‑ code.
Observability with Dynatrace and additional tools.
Infra ‑ as ‑ Code and CI / CD experience.
Basic knowledge of data ‑ governance and privacy ‑ principles.
Strong communication skills in NL / FR / EN and experience with stakeholder management.
Coaching attitude and analytical ability.

Desired skills and certifications:

Experience with multi ‑ cloud or hybrid environments.
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum and ITIL.
