The team focuses on providing access to correct and up-to-date customer data, managing each phase of the customer lifecycle, and facilitating customer relationship-related interactions. The role supports personalized customer interactions and contributes significantly to the organization's purpose to be a trusted financial partner.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional expert for Adobe Campaign, driving the analysis, design, and optimization of marketing automation workflows, campaigns, and data integrations.
- Ensure seamless alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and regulatory compliance within the Adobe Campaign ecosystem.
Key Accountabilities:
- Adobe Campaign Requirements & Solution Design: Lead the elicitation, documentation, and prioritization of business requirements specifically for Adobe Campaign, including campaign workflows, dynamic content personalization, data model and schema extensions, and integration with CRM/other systems.
- Workflow & Campaign Optimization: Design, configure, and optimize Adobe Campaign workflows for performance, efficiency, and error handling. Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Data & Compliance Governance: Ensure data integrity and compliance within Adobe Campaign, particularly for regulated communications. Define data mapping and synchronization rules between Adobe Campaign and other systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Act as the primary liaison between marketing teams, IT, and Adobe Campaign administrators. Conduct workshops and demos to gather input, validate designs, and train end-users.
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Take full ownership of Adobe Campaign-related projects, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and minimal supervision.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay updated on Adobe Campaign updates, features, and industry trends. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes or enhance existing workflows.
Key Differentiators for This Role:
- Deep functional expertise in Adobe Campaign with hands-on experience in workflow design, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Experience in regulated environments with familiarity in compliance-driven communications.
- Autonomous and proactive with the ability to own Adobe Campaign projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Technical acumen, comfortable discussing data models, APIs, and integrations with IT teams while translating needs for marketing stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience with other marketing automation tools is a plus but not required.

Required Experience / Knowledge:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Technical Experience:
- Adobe Campaign Configuration: Designing and managing targeting workflows, setting up delivery templates, configuring recurring and triggered campaigns.
- Data Management: Understanding Adobe Campaign data model, performing data imports/exports, writing basic SQL queries.
- Integration Basics: Configuring out-of-the-box integrations, understanding API fundamentals.
- Compliance & Governance: Implementing opt-in/opt-out mechanisms, ensuring GDPR/financial services compliance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing common workflow errors, interpreting delivery and tracking logs.
Preferable Experience:
- Advanced Workflow Automation, API & Real-Time Integrations, Reporting & Analytics, Adobe Ecosystem Knowledge, Automation & AI.
