Senior Business Analyst – TCF

Mission Context:

As a Business Analyst within the Purchase to Pay context, you will be part of a department that integrates business and IT profiles to support various business functions. You will work in an Agile framework to ensure business continuity and manage features and tasks that support the bank's employees and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate pain points and needs from diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and functional architecture.
• Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and development team during feature refinement.
• Provide support during business and user testing, and assist with organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Continuously improve existing processes to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and compliance.
• Create and maintain documentation for uniform execution, incident resolution, and support.
• Periodically review documentation to ensure compliance with control functions.

Language Requirements:

Dutch and/or French, fluent in English (working language).

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Technical experience with Ivalua preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Business experience in procurement preferred.
