Job Description:

As a (Senior) Service Engineer, you will support customers across the Benelux with a strong focus on solutions. You will play a key role in building, expanding, and maintaining networks. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality technical support by installing and expanding networks and maintaining existing installations. You will support solution offerings by setting up and executing proof-of-concepts and provide technical training to customers to ensure optimal use of solutions. Staying up to date with relevant competitive solutions, products, and services, you will translate this knowledge into added value for customers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and act as a technical point of contact for customers.

Qualifications:

• Higher education (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in routing and switching.
• Experience in one or more of the following domains:
  • Optical Transmission (C/DWDM)
  • Packet Optical Transport (Carrier Ethernet, MPLS)
  • Network Management Software
• Innovative and creative mindset with commercial awareness.
• Strong communication skills and a true team player.
• Creative problem solver with a strong focus on results.
• Accurate in reporting and documentation.
• Flexible and mobile, willing to work outside office hours when needed.
• Willing to travel abroad occasionally.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English or French and English (Trilingual Dutch, English, French is a plus).
