(Senior) Project Manager

Job Description:

As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects for customers across the Benelux. You will oversee all aspects of projects, ensuring that scope, planning, budget, quality, and stakeholders are aligned to deliver successful outcomes. You will coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This applies both to customer projects and internal projects. Additionally, you will contribute to improving project delivery by applying and, where relevant, further developing project management methodologies. You will ensure accurate documentation, reporting, administrative follow-up, and effective troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle. Depending on seniority, you may also play a role in coaching colleagues and supporting continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications:

• Higher education (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent experience
• More than 5 years of experience in project management or project coordination
• Profound understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and systematic working style
• Customer-oriented mindset with commercial awareness
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
• Flexible and mobile (driver’s license B required)
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English (Trilingual Dutch, English, French is a plus)
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are a plus
