Technical/Functional Analyst in Asset Management - GIS

Analyze business needs, lead workshops, and translate requirements into clear and complete functional solutions.
Define and validate functional designs in alignment with IT architecture and existing systems (GIS, ADMS, Asset Management, mobile tools, etc.).
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Support the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, functional specifications, validation of developer deliverables.
Prepare, coordinate, and execute test plans; ensure quality of delivered applications.
Document defects, follow up on resolutions, and provide 2nd line support for incidents and problem management.
Assist the business in performing GIS desktop analyses to support network modeling and simulation.
Contribute to the evolution and optimization of GIS applications (desktop, web, mobile).

Proven experience as a functional analyst - 3 years.
Proven experience in the GIS domain - 5 years.
Proven experience with Oracle SQL.
Proven experience with QGIS.
Proven experience with API standards (REST, SOAP).
Proven experience with GIS systems.
Proven experience with Python.
Analytical and critical mindset, rigor, and precision.
Coordination skills, proactivity, and ownership.
Good communication skills, ability to accept compromises, customer and results orientation.
Fluent in English, fluent in French or Dutch, professional level in the second language (B2).
Proven experience implementing a Loadflow simulation tool.
Proven experience in industrial Asset Management processes - 3 years.
Proven experience with integration standards (XML/JSON).
Proven experience with BPMN/UML.
Proven experience with Enterprise Architect (Sparx).
Proven experience with Hexagon products (Networks Core, Networks Portal).
Proven experience with Jira.
Proven experience with Postman/SoapUI.
Proven experience with QGIS server.
