Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile data professional with 4-5 years of experience to develop and maintain end-to-end reporting solutions that enhance security hygiene, operational performance, and regulatory compliance. The role demands expertise across the data lifecycle, from architecture and engineering to visualization and analysis, to deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions and strengthen organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data-driven dashboards and metrics for transparency in security hygiene, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, identify authoritative data sources, and ensure alignment with security, operational, and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain automated, sustainable data pipelines and models using SQL, Python, dbt (Data Build Tool), and other modern technologies.
• Transform complex datasets into accessible insights through Tableau and Power BI dashboards, communicating trends, performance indicators, and compliance outcomes.
• Enhance data readability, ensure high-quality and accessible information, and advance automation across reporting processes.
• Monitor reporting operations, resolve data issues proactively, and continuously improve the efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability of analytics solutions.
• Serve as a bridge between data and decision-making by translating requirements into measurable, data-driven outcomes.
• Apply strong data storytelling skills to articulate key findings, highlight emerging risks or opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in BI tools, namely Tableau and Power BI, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of data modeling best practices for business intelligence with at least 4 years of experience.
• Ability to analyze information objectively, question assumptions, and provide thoughtful challenges to strengthen decision-making, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and security metrics, with at least 4 years of experience.
• Proactive initiative, responsibility for outcomes, and consistent follow-through on commitments, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Understanding of how day-to-day work connects to broader organizational goals, making decisions that align with long-term strategy, with at least 4 years of experience.
