Project Overview:
Join a strategic initiative within the CRO domain aimed at centralizing risk insights, automating control follow-up, and providing up-to-date monitoring. The project focuses on integrating data, processes, and user workflows into a modern control-room solution to enhance decision-making, transparency, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Data Owners, Process Experts) to understand needs and challenges.
- Analyze and refine requirements, transforming them into structured functional specifications.
- Model current and future processes to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
- Functional Design:
- Develop detailed functional designs for dashboards, alerts, workflows, data flows, user journeys, and reporting features.
- Define rules for automated controls and alerting mechanisms.
- Ensure alignment with the overall architecture and project vision.
- Collaboration & Delivery:
- Work closely with the team (developers, data specialists, PO) in an agile environment.
- Support refinement sessions, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
- Validate deliveries during testing cycles and guide acceptance testing.
- Communicate complex topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement:
- Maintain clear documentation (user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria).
- Identify improvements in user experience, process optimization, and system usability.
- Contribute to building a scalable and future-proof control-room experience.
Your Profile:
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital or data-driven projects.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in risk and compliance environments.
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN, UML, or similar).
- Familiarity with dashboarding or monitoring solutions (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Splunk, etc.).
- Knowledge of workflows and automation tools.
- Understanding of data models and APIs.
