Business Analyst

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Brussels (2 days onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Support regulatory reporting projects from a Business Analysis / Business Intelligence perspective.
• Collaborate with internal business stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Snowflake Data Foundation and Power BI reports.
• Perform informal testing during implementation phases.
• Participate in Computer System Validation (CSV) activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Ensure compliance with IT and Quality standards.
• Provide planning, communication, and reporting to the business team.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst / BI Analyst.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience in IT or data-related projects.
• Exposure to Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Ability to work in a regulated environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2).
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Snowflake or data warehousing concepts.
• French language skills (not mandatory).
