Service Description:

The Strategy Implementation & Transformation Office (SITO) drives transversal, high-impact transformation programs that support long-term strategic ambitions. The team operates close to Executive Management and collaborates across all business domains. As a Program Manager, you will lead one or several strategic programs end-to-end. Your first assignment will be to steer the deployment of AI at scale, a mission with major strategic stakes and direct exposure to senior leadership. You will translate strategic objectives into concrete execution, shape program governance, and ensure effective delivery with multidisciplinary teams. You will join a central pool of experienced transformation managers who are deployed on transversal priorities across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Program Design & Alignment: Translate strategic objectives into a clear program vision, scope, deliverables, planning, governance, and resource needs. Define program roadmap, macro-planning (WBS), budget, risks, and stakeholder landscape. Build the program structure and assemble the required competencies.
• Execution & Delivery: Break down the program into concrete projects, align with business owners, and manage execution to deliver outcomes on time, budget, quality, and safety. Coordinate transversal dependencies, procurement processes, risk mitigation, and major issue resolution. Ensure transparent reporting, decision readiness, and program adjustments where needed.
• Governance & Stakeholder Management: Organize and steer program committees, project boards, and cross-department meetings. Communicate proactively to internal and external stakeholders; represent the program towards Group entities. Consolidate reporting for PMO and senior leadership; prepare key briefings and validate progress.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Build and motivate the program team; set objectives, follow up performance, provide feedback, and ensure collaboration. Support project leaders in business cases, problem-solving, and decision-making. Foster a culture of ownership, constructive challenge, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge Sharing & Corporate Contribution: Capture and share lessons learned and best practices across SITO and the broader organization. Contribute to transversal corporate initiatives or working groups when relevant.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Economics, Technology…).
• Proven experience in program management, strategic transformation, or leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to translate high-level direction into operational plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including interactions with senior leadership.
• Skilled in risk management, governance structuring, budget oversight, and reporting.
• Leadership experience: motivating teams, managing conflicts, coaching project leaders.
• Proactive, result-driven, structured, and comfortable operating with high visibility and strategic pressure.
• Experience with digital or AI-related initiatives is an asset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the Group.
