Process Engineer

Mission Context:
We are looking for a Process Engineer to support the Risk & Credits team. This team is dedicated to providing digital, transparent, simple, timely, sustainable, and compliant lending solutions. The Process Engineer will specifically support the Consumer Loans squad, focusing on the implementation of the Consumer Credit Directive 2 (CCD2), which modernizes credit extension practices.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and implement new processes or parts of processes (process modeling).
- Make necessary changes to existing processes and continuously improve business processes, measuring and evaluating their performance.
- Provide expertise in methods and tools for continuous improvement and change management.
- Contribute to defining requirements and testing application changes.
- Define needs for and test changes to applications.
- Liaise and communicate with stakeholders, including operational teams, to ensure successful implementation.
- Create and maintain clear and accessible documentation to standardize implementation, solve incidents, and support adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines (Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, General Inspection, etc.).
Agile Way of Working:
- Part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for defining, building, testing, and implementing products or services.
- Committed to delivering stories in planned sprints, beyond specific expertise.
- Organizes work independently, estimating scope and complexity of tasks.
- Commits to work during sprints or trimesters through Agile Ceremonies.
Education:
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.
Languages Requirement:
- French: Good/Fluent
- Dutch: Good/Fluent
- English: Good/Fluent
Telework Expectation:
40% on-site & 60% homeworking
Required Knowledge/Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Mandatory knowledge of process management tools and MS Office.
- Preferable knowledge of Visio, BPM, and Agile methodology.
Business Experience:
- Mandatory knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques.
- Experience in process management and translating legal requirements into processes/products.
- Preferable experience in the domain of Risk & Credits (financial sector).
