SAP IT Project Manager Position

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the implementation of a new solution and organizational changes with various business departments and project leads.
• Align with the Underwriting and Account Management department and other entities.
• Facilitate sessions on current processes (As-Is) with Business Analysts and business teams, resulting in documented processes.
• Organize workshops/demos of current tools to help the business understand existing capabilities.
• Monitor requirement gathering activities, ensuring documentation is provided by technical teams and approved by the business.
• Facilitate sessions on process and procedure alignment, organization, and roles.
• Closely follow development and all testing phases.
• Report to, coordinate, and align with the internal SAP4I SR Project Manager on timelines, budget, resources, risks, and issues.
• Plan and facilitate Knowledge Transfer to the Outsourcing partner.
• Coordinate communication and training with the Change Manager.
• Plan and manage Go-Live activities (cut-over, hypercare, etc.).
• Manage external resources and vendors to support project schedules.
• Produce and maintain accurate project schedules.
• Manage the complete project financial cycle, tracking and reporting project finances.
• Prepare monthly progress reports.
• Maintain document control systems (Change Requests).
• Ensure Data Migration and Data Cleansing are considered, coordinated, and managed.
• Adhere to company standards (development, testing, etc.).
• Coordinate with different Project Managers to align Go-Live planning and manage risks and dependencies.
• If capacity allows, take on additional work within the overall SAP4I SR project.

Requirements:

• Team player with a straightforward and hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication and motivation skills.
• Cultural awareness and experience working across different teams, cultures, and nationalities.
• Proven project and change management knowledge in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; good working knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset.
• Experience with SAP4I integration or rollout is an advantage.
• Salesforce Integration experience is an advantage.
• Certification in Prince 2, PMBok, or other PM methodologies is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and project setup is an advantage.
• Experience in the Insurance/Finance sector is preferred.
• Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in commerce, engineering, information technologies, or an MBA is an asset.
• 3-5 years of SAP implementation experience, managing implementations is an advantage.
• Good understanding of business processes, technology landscape, new technologies, and industry standards.
• 5-8 years of experience, with compensation matching experience and track record.

Hybrid work model (2 days a week in the office, 3 days a week telework).
