Finance IT Project Manager / Deployment Lead

For a client, we are seeking a Finance IT Project Manager / Deployment Lead. The assignment has an initial duration of 6 months, with a possible extension of at least 6 months thereafter, and can be fully remote.

Location:

Remote (Must work primarily EMEA hours, willing to occasionally support US meetings up to noon EST)

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT deployment for country/wave execution and ensure go-live readiness.
• Manage IT projects including planning, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with SAP S/4 Finance deployments (R2R, P2P, I2C, Treasury).
• Proven delivery experience in multi-country EMEA rollouts.
• Exposure to carve-outs and legal entity separation programs.
• Ability to work autonomously and engage confidently with senior Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Experience with JNJ is preferred.

Working Model:

• Remote role
• Must work primarily EMEA hours (CET)
• Willing to occasionally support US meetings in EST (up to noon EST)

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in SAP S/4 Finance or related fields are advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
