Senior Project Leader Infrastructure

Period: As soon as possible – 31/12/2026, with option to extend

Job description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in infrastructure to independently and practically manage infrastructure projects. This mission is full-time, with an initial duration of three months renewable by three-month periods until the end of 2026.

Responsibilities:

Ensure complete lifecycle management of IT projects.
Communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
Define the structure and development of projects and approach plans (scenarios, timings, budget, etc.).
Assiduously use project management methodologies.
Manage and monitor project implementation (establishment and calculation of detailed planning, monitoring of deadlines, budget and quality, reporting on progress and problems encountered, communication between the parties concerned).
Stimulate, coordinate, motivate and support the employees involved in the project.

Required skills:

Excellent communication and writing skills.
Negotiation skills and coaching skills.
Mastery of Jira and Confluence tools, as well as ITIL and Prince2 methodologies.
Experience in operational management of infrastructure projects.
Relevant professional experience in management and monitoring of IT infrastructure projects.

Technical skills:

Expert in IT project management
Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Openshift/Kubernetes environments
Network architecture (LAN/WAN, Cloud networking)
Security (ATP, NDR, EDR, firewall, intrusion detection, etc.)
Virtualization and containerization (VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes)
Good security practices, SLA, SOAP & Rest API
We are looking for a methodical and organized candidate, able to determine priorities and coordinate the different stakeholders of a project.
