Program Manager

For a client we are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the team in a new project, with relevant experience in ICT transformation program, in large organisations.

Start Date: April 2026

Duration: 1 year+

Location: Brussels, with hybrid working (2 days/week).

Program Governance & Leadership: Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and progress tracking. Lead governance ceremonies and ensure alignment across various teams and stakeholders.
Migration Strategy & Execution: Oversee customer segmentation, solution mapping, and migration waves. Ensure alignment with contractual deadlines and constraints.
Operational Continuity & Risk Management: Maintain Private Cloud stability, monitor incidents, and manage risks and issues.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Prepare communications for internal and external customers and support account teams in commercial discussions.
Financial, Contractual & Vendor Alignment: Coordinate with Finance and Legal on financial impacts and contract management.
People & Change Management: Contribute to reskilling plans, talent retention, and onboarding of new teams.

Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in large-scale IT transformation programs. Experience with Cloud migrations and multi-entity organizations.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Private Cloud architectures, VMware environments, and hybrid cloud models.
Leadership & Functional Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate under pressure and make data-driven decisions.
Tooling & Methodology: Familiarity with program governance tools and project tracking systems.
Key Competencies: Strategic thinking, execution discipline, negotiation skills, analytical rigor, resilience, and adaptability. Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch is preferred.
