Process Engineer

Mission Context:
We are looking for a Process Engineer responsible for managing and developing processes and systems related to specific transversal processes. The focus is on executing the sprint backlog, with user stories prioritized by the Product Owner based on their value to the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement new business (sub)processes within the principles of "Business Architecture" and strategic objectives.
- Adjust and improve existing processes for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
- Contribute to defining needs and testing changes to applications.
- Monitor and assess existing processes, identifying improvements.
- Conduct analyses and studies on process improvements.
- Liaise and communicate with involved parties to realize process improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation for process standardization and incident resolution.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.
Change Management:
- Identify needs and carry out change management steps to ensure mastery of new or changed processes.
- Provide follow-up and user support post-implementation.
Collaboration:
- Participate in ideation phases to ensure solutions meet customer and employee needs and align with strategic objectives.
- Work within an Agile multidisciplinary team to deliver stories in planned sprints.
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.
- Proven track record in business and process analysis and change management.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in French or Dutch.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Telework Expectation:
50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with process modeling tools and flow chart creation.
- Knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques.
- Affinity with testing and demo preparation.
- Mastery of risk management and control aspects.
