Business Analyst - Expert

Role Description:

As a Senior Business Analyst you will collaborate closely with the Tribe to translate business challenges into smart, scalable, and user-centric solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading business analysis for initiatives aimed at improving flows by increasing transparency and reducing exceptions. You will shape features, refine use cases, and ensure clarity throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to scope and structure analysis work aligned with the Tribe’s strategic focus on excellence and client-centricity.
• Provide data-driven insights and structured business analysis to shape refinements.
• Translate insights into measurable data to track the evolution of KPIs.
• Analyze service requests and recurring issues raised by corporate clients, identify pain points and root causes, and propose improvements.
• Lead refinement activities, engage stakeholders across different countries, document needs, and ensure functional alignment across squads.
• Manage scope and milestones on a project basis.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment across business, functional, and technical teams.
• Foster strong alignment across multi-entity working groups, especially global streams.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Nice to Have
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Experience/Knowledge Required:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods
• Good expertise in MS Office
• Good understanding of IT and testing
• Experience with requirements management preferable
• Good knowledge of agile methodology
• Good understanding of workflow processes preferable
