Role Description:

We are looking for a Data Hub Business Analyst to drive business analysis from ideation to delivery. This includes developing business cases, co-creating requirements, and continuously improving solutions in line with evolving needs. The role involves analyzing and mapping existing data flows, user roles, and usage, identifying data issues, and defining target solutions and use cases. Collaboration with Product Owners, architects, and SMEs is essential to validate requirements, ensure alignment between business and development teams, and maintain requirements traceability for impact analysis. The candidate will translate business needs into test conditions for product, performance, and UAT testing, while supporting data architecture design, solution validation, and quality reviews of prototypes. Additionally, the role requires facilitating delivery through testing, change management, and report/dashboard creation, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch: Good knowledge and understanding

  • French: Good knowledge and understanding
  • English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

Bachelor/Master or equivalent experience

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods
  • Knowledge of IT testing
  • Good understanding of data concepts (big data, BI, reporting, dashboarding)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (backlog management, sprint planning, MVP mindset) is preferable

Business Experience:

  • Proven project management skills

  • Strong experience with requirements management
  • Good understanding of workflow processes is preferable
  • Good knowledge of banking activities and products is a plus

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
