Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Workplace Officer to join our team. The role involves providing first-line and second-line support to end users and maintaining their IT equipment, such as laptops and printers. You will be responsible for the installation of PCs and the management of Windows systems. Additionally, you will support technical IT experts in various projects, including migrations and the renewal of computer equipment at operational sites. This position requires travel to different locations within the national territory.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for end users with applications on Windows (MS Office, browsers, chat systems) and Android.
• Offer on-site support to Belgian users, primarily in Flanders, with occasional support in other regions.
• Install business applications and follow up on technological developments for new products (e.g., smartphones, tablets).
• Provide technical expertise in IT workplace projects, such as Windows upgrades and new software deployments.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Possession of a driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Resourceful and interested in IT and new technologies.
• Eager to learn with strong communication skills.
• Service-oriented with excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
• Team player with experience in IT support.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work autonomously in an international and virtual team.
• Multilingual: Proficient in Dutch (for working with Dutch-speaking users), with French as an asset. Good knowledge of English is essential, as all IT processes and communications are conducted in English.
• Knowledge of Italian or Spanish is an asset.

Additional Information:

The position is based in Vlaams-Brabant with regular travel within different Belgian regions, depending on language skills. The working languages are Dutch or French, and English. The role may occasionally involve foreign travel.
