For a client, we are seeking a Senior Back-End Engineer.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension

Work Regime: 4 days onsite

Senior Back-End Engineer

Mission:

Build and scale the systems that power operations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the back-end toolstack and architecture.
• Turn business needs (Sales, Ops, Finance) into scalable solutions.
• Lead system integrations, especially in M&A contexts.
• Build integrations between Odoo and external tools (CRM, billing, e-signature).
• Drive automation to improve efficiency across teams.
• Run experiments to optimize workflows and performance.

Profile:

• Experience in back-end development, solution architecture, or ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong expertise with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
• Proficiency in Python; Rust is a plus.
• Interest in AI and experimentation.
• Focus on clean, maintainable systems.
• Ability to work across teams and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
