Role Description:
As a Business Analyst within the Digital Channels Chatbot Function, you will guide the change on our chatbot roadmap within our digital channels environment. You will manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring seamless integration into existing digital channels to provide a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, challenge, and consolidate the pain points and needs of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with relevant experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and/or conceptual and functional architecture.
- Involve end-users to identify, confirm, and validate needs and pain points in collaboration with the UX researcher and support the (Cluster) Product Owner.
- Contribute to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept, and support backlog prioritization and refinement.
- Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features.
- Collaborate with the (Squad) Product Owner and development team during the refinement of Features.
- Provide support during business and user testing and assist with organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support the Change Manager and Go-To-Market Manager with preparing change and go-to-market activities.
- Actively monitor the success of new solutions based on KPIs and derive potential improvements.
Language Requirements:
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- French: Strong written and spoken communication skills is a plus.
- Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills is a plus.
Education and Certification:
- Master’s degree with relevant experience in similar projects.
- Certification in Project Management Methodology/Business analysis methodology is a plus.
Experience and Skills Required:
- 6+ years of experience in project management and Business Analysis, preferably within a digital channels environment.
- Proven experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams in a financial institutions environment.
- Proven experience with chatbot/AI implementation from a functional point of view is preferable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
