Operational Security Engineer - Senior

Mission Context:

Join a dynamic IT department working in Agile mode, where you will be part of the IT Security Production Tribe within the IAM Technologies squad. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and partners, managing support and services in risk and security-related domains.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd/3rd-line support, assist in daily activities, scripting, and technical documentation.
• Manage lifecycle of squad’s applications using technologies such as Windows OS, SQL Server, Java, .Net, PHP, Javascript, VB Excel, and Powershell.
• Configure security monitoring tools and analyze security events/incidents.
• Contribute to the migration of assets to the group’s cloud infrastructure.
• Provide third-line security support and incident response.
• Participate in Critical Asset Recovery, Disaster Recovery Exercises, and risk management.
• Contribute to audit campaigns and control plans.
• Report to management and stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity Operations.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory: Identity Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), IAM workflows, data protection, forensic, SIEM, antimalware, EDR solutions, security alert and incident management, encryption, network security, vulnerability management.
• Preferable: Knowledge of monitoring tools (SCOM, Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, Splunk), anti-malware and EDR solutions (Trellix, Tanium, Qualys), Sharepoint, Service Now, Sailpoint IIQ, GitLab, and CICD pipelines.

Business Experience:

• Solid knowledge of authentication and authorization, IAM RBAC, scripting, CyberArk, IT-Security principles, computer networking, Active Directory, Red Hat Idm, Tomcat, and IIS.
