As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and support the implementation of systems that enable operational efficiency and strategic objectives. This role requires a mindset of continuous improvement—remaining curious, respectfully critical, and never settling for “we’ve always done it this way.” You will challenge assumptions constructively and collaborate closely with stakeholders to design smarter, future-ready processes.
Analyze end-to-end business processes in a structured and effective way, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and BPMN methodology. Explore improvements in existing business processes and collaborate with business architects to enhance business architecture.
Structure and represent business concepts clearly and consistently, including modeling information using UML class diagrams. Understand the link between capabilities, information ownership, and information models.
Elicit, clarify, and prioritize business and solution requirements, both functional and non-functional, in close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams within an Agile framework. Work closely with the Product Owner to define and refine the backlog.
Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements. Safeguard the business architecture during solution design, ensuring alignment with business principles and strategic objectives.
Formulate and execute testing activities with the Agile team to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements. Contribute to writing test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria, and support business acceptance testing.
Create clear, structured, and accurate documentation that supports business processes, requirements, and solution design. Improve documentation practices within the team and provide guidance on maintaining high-quality documentation.
Take ownership and leadership in realizing business needs in alignment with the business architecture. Propose improvements and drive them to implementation, ensuring solutions deliver real business value.
