Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a multidisciplinary team within the HR cluster. The team includes process engineers, business analysts, dev engineers, a product owner, and a scrum master. The role involves supporting both functionally and technically all HR tools necessary for effective management within HR. These tools are used by all employees or by specialists from the HR Service Center. The objective is to ensure the proper functioning of these tools and processes, contributing to significant changes and managing small changes, recurrent tasks, and incidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, challenge, and consolidate pain points and needs from diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and functional architecture.
  • Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features.
  • Work closely with the product owner and development team during feature refinement.
  • Provide support during business and user testing, and assist with organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Continuously improve existing processes to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Maintain clear and accessible documentation for uniform execution and support.
  • Utilize data analytics to contribute to data model design and reporting enhancement.

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch: Fluent
  • French: Fluent
  • English: Fluent

Required Experience/Knowledge:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Affinity with data analytics is preferable.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus.
  • Agile experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR processes (payroll, benefits, etc.) is a plus.
