IT Service Management Expert

Start Date: July 1, 2026

End Date: June 30, 2027

Location: Brussels

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SIAM Operating Models.
• Manage strategic and tactical service management initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively in a trilingual environment (FR/NL/EN).

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of IT experience, including at least 10 years in strategic/tactical Service Management.
• ITIL V3 & ITIL V4 certifications.
• Proven experience in SIAM Operating Model design and implementation.
• SIAM certification.

Language Proficiency:

Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English, with demonstrated ability to work in a three-language environment.
