Job Description:

Within the Product and Operations Enablement planning unit, the Programme Management Office department is looking for a motivated and experienced Program Manager. The role involves managing programs that align with strategic initiatives and improving Programme Management practices in an Agile context. The Program Manager will work closely with all relevant internal teams and external third parties, driving stakeholder communication, financial management, and risk management at the program level. The role also includes overseeing project, squad, and team deliverables within the program scope.

Experience & Education:

• University degree or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT product development, IT Project Management, or a similar complex area.
• 5 years in project or program management, or equivalent roles requiring strong coordination of complex activities across multiple teams in different time zones.
• Experience in effective interaction with senior leadership.
• Experience in leading diverse teams.
• Experience in working with agile teams and enhancing Program Management practices in that context.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate program objectives, inspire and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with business strategy.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.
• High degree of political sensitivity and ability to adapt interaction styles to meet the needs of different personalities to achieve program success and overcome obstacles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and advocate for program goals and objectives to both business and technical leaders.
• Strong business acumen, including industry- and domain-specific knowledge.
• Knowledgeable about industry trends and innovation, with a strong interest in how organizations employ current and emerging technologies to improve practices in an Agile context.
