Medior Developer (Sitecore) Position

Responsibilities:
- Web Development Leadership: Lead Sitecore projects, developing intricate web platforms to ensure top-notch user experience and consistency.
- Performance Oversight: Evaluate and enhance web platform performance for smooth operation and high reliability.
- Backend Integration Mastery: Collaborate with the backend team to integrate web platforms for consistent and real-time data exchange.
- Design Collaboration: Convert complex UI/UX designs into seamless, high-quality web interfaces, setting standards for the developer team.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure functionality across various browsers, troubleshooting browser-specific challenges.
- Continued Advancement: Integrate the latest trends in Sitecore and web development, fostering ongoing learning and evolution.
- Testing Assurance Leadership: Set benchmarks using Sitecore-centric testing tools to ensure reliability and performance of web platforms.
- Communication and Mentorship: Provide regular project updates, solve challenges, promote transparent communication, and guide junior developers.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development, supported by a portfolio of impressive web platforms.
- Experience in Sitecore 10 XP with containers, analytics, and marketing forms.
- Experience with Sitecore migrations and version updates.
- Willingness for on-demand 24/7 availability for production incidents.
- Fluent communication in English, either as a mother tongue or at least C level proficiency.
