Job Title: SAP CRM Specialist

Start Date: 1st July 2026

End Date: 30th June 2028

Location: Brussels (Onsite requirement: at least 2 days per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key player in the evolution and support of the SAP CRM application and its interfaces.
  • Engage in a large ongoing program to implement and roll out a new non-SAP product pricing backend.
  • Analyze and update existing custom logic, foresee new (custom) APIs.
  • Support design, perform functional analysis, and be hands-on involved in delivery (configuration, specifications, testing).
  • Manage service processes for contact center activities, complaints, disputes, and B2B processes.
  • Oversee contract management processes and master data management.
  • Handle interfaces to and from different Legacy Applications via SAP PI, SAP CPI, SAP Bdocs, and Idocs.
  • Design, analyze, and implement the required scope, including unit, integration, and regression testing.
  • Draw up functional specifications for the offshore development team and customize the SAP CRM application.
  • Contribute best practices, insights, and technology trends to improve the SAP CRM application and service level.
  • Proactively improve support, training, processes, and communication regarding the SAP CRM application.
  • Participate in projects involving changes to the SAP CRM application.
  • Report to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Area Lead and work closely with the assigned SAP Project Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in SAP CRM in the last 3 years.
  • Proven project experience in the setup of Master Agreements in SAP CRM.
  • Fluent communication in English (spoken and written) at minimum CEFR level C1, and in at least one national language (Dutch or French) at minimum CEFR level B2 (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze functional requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical implementations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in application maintenance, preferably with experience in working with offshore teams.
  • Experience in a railway context is a plus.
  • Experience in working in an agile (sprint) manner is a plus.

Technical Expertise:

  • Customizing experience with the CRM web UI (CRM 7.0).
  • Middleware/Integration experience with SAP PI and SAP CPI.
  • SAP BRF plus knowledge.
  • Understanding of ABAP and capable of debugging.
  • Experience in integration with SAP CDC, ECC, and FICA.
  • Experience in integration with S3 (SQILS).
  • Strong experience required in Business Partners.
  • Experience in ServiceNow and Jira is considered a plus.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in the second national language (Dutch/French) is a plus.
  • Strength in building and reinforcing good governance, risk management, and strong operational practices.
  • Enthusiastic team player able to work independently.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, providing insights and promoting good application and data usage.
  • Ability to relate, influence, and understand stakeholders/business perspectives.
