As a DEV Engineer, you will collaborate closely with team members, surpassing your specific knowledge domain to contribute to the team's success. Responsibilities:

• Commit to delivering a product at the end of each sprint.

• Collaborate with team members to complete the sprint backlog.
• Share knowledge and engage in open communication.
• Continuously learn and contribute to delivering added value.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch or French is an asset.

• Fluent in English.

Education:

Bachelor or University degree or Master, preferably in IT.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Extensive experience as a JAVA engineer in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring application, OO, REST, SOA, Selenium.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud environments.

Business Experience:

• Curiosity and understanding of the latest technical developments.

• Ability to teach, coach, and train colleagues.
• Good understanding of banking in general.
• Ability to discuss features and stories with stakeholders and translate them into software with real business value.

Soft Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills.

Work Expectation:

50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
