Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead

For a client, we are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to join a dynamic platform team. This role is within a technology-driven environment where innovation, scalability, and performance are key. The platform team is essential in building and maintaining robust digital solutions that support core business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full stack applications within the platform ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to the development team.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
• Support platform engineering initiatives and cloud-native solutions.
• Lead technical projects from analysis through implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within an Agile (SAFe) framework.
• Integrate AI tooling and contribute to AI architecture discussions.

Required Technical Skills:

• Java (21+), Springboot, Spring Cloud, Spring Cloud Gateway, Spring Reactor
• Elasticsearch 8, DDD, Platform Engineering
• Frontend & UX: Angular, Figma
• DevOps & Tools: Red Hat OpenShift, Argo, GitHub & actions, SonarCloud, Jira
• Unix & Shell scripting, IBM DB2
• Testing: Junit

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience as Technical Lead or Team Lead
• Strong background in Technical Project Management
• Hands-on mindset combined with strategic thinking
• Experience working in Agile environments (SAFe)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI tooling and modern software architecture

Practical Information:

• Location: Antwerp
• Remote policy: 2 days per week onsite
• Contract duration: Until the end of this year
• Start date: As soon as possible
