IT Governance & Transformation Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Clarify and detail the scope of gaps and implementation initiatives.
- Elicit needs and requirements from stakeholders.
- Align scope between gaps and implementation initiatives, ensuring no overlaps.
- Define governance guidelines, design business processes, and elaborate roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure governance processes are applied effectively.
- Implement governance by securing stakeholder buy-in and providing necessary training.
- Set up additional governance bodies or collaboration entities if needed.
- Provide on-the-job support as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Master’s degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in organizational design, business process analysis, business architecture, or similar activities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage assertively and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate client-oriented empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find consensus and convince stakeholders.
- Highly analytical and critical mindset.
- Affinity with IT infrastructure, applications, communication, IoT, etc., and an interest in the electricity sector.
- Sufficient maturity to manage own activities and work independently.
