Mission Context:
We are looking for a Senior External Project/Process Manager to ensure the deployment of a strategic Nearshoring program. The role involves close collaboration with a Global Project Manager and reports to the COO Benelux. Responsibilities include local coordination of Nearshoring projects, Business as Usual (BaU) management for transferred activities, and operational performance and SLA monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Project Deliveries & Change Management:
- Assist operational managers in identifying activities to nearshore.
- Facilitate workshops and provide challenges.
- Contribute to assessments, scope definition, and transition roadmaps.
- Perform end-to-end impact analyses covering processes, organization, volumes, and legal, compliance, and risk dimensions.
- Coordinate transition phases to nearshore centers, ensuring service continuity.
- Ensure strict change management processes and proper project documentation follow-up.
- Planning, Budget & Capacity Management:
- Define and monitor the overall project plan, capacity, and resource allocation.
- Monitor dependencies between projects, BaU activities, and local teams.
- BAU & Performance Management:
- Oversee Business as Usual operations for nearshored activities.
- Define, monitor, and report on SLAs, KPIs, and performance indicators.
- Analyze performance gaps and define remediation action plans.
- Work closely with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to end-to-end process optimization, aligned with efficiency, quality, and cost objectives.
- Capitalize on lessons learned and feedback.
Language Requirements:
- French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Dutch: Spoken communication skills
Education:
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, etc.) are an asset
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in financial services, operations/back-office, transformation, outsourcing, or nearshoring programs
- Technical experience in operational process improvement, end-to-end process descriptions, SLA and operational performance monitoring
- Experience in IT-enabled environments/digital processes, multi-entity or international programs
- Business experience in financial institutions with a strong understanding of business, operational, and regulatory constraints
- Experience in consumer credit or regulated financial services
