SAP CDC Local Specialist

Location: Brussels, 2 days per week onsite & 3 days remote

Languages: English + Dutch or French

Description:

You will play a key hands-on role in the evolution and support of the SAP CDC application and its interfaces within the system landscape. The focus is on further developing the SAP CDC application to include additional capabilities, particularly the introduction of CDC’s standard CIAM capabilities in both B2C and B2B contexts. This involves a technical migration currently provided by TrustBuilder. Additionally, you will be involved in projects that introduce new requirements on SAP CDC, reporting to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Area Lead and working closely with the SAP CDC CIAM Project Manager.

Conformity Criteria:

  • Hands-on experience in SAP CDC within the last 3 years.

  • Fluent communication in English (spoken and written) at minimum CEFR level C1.

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Strong analytical skills to analyze functional requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical implementations.

  • Hands-on project experience in the following CDC topics:
    • B2C Customer Identity & Access Management
    • B2B Customer Identity & Access Management
    • Identity Query Tool
    • User Management
    • Screensets & UI Builder
    • APIs & Sites creation
    • Organization Workspace settings (Delegated user admin, Organization and Member attributes, Approval workflows, etc.)
    • Authorizations
    • Master data management
    • Integrations with both SAP and non-SAP environments via SAP CPI
  • Integration of SAP CDC with the Adobe platform as a marketing tool is a plus (no deep Adobe knowledge required).
  • Hands-on experience in SAP CRM and/or SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Experience with GDPR processes in SAP, including SAP CDC, is a plus.
  • Experience in a railway context is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira is a plus.
  • Strong governance, risk management, and operational practices.

  • Proficiency in the national language (Dutch/French) is required.
