Medior Project Leader 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects in the domain of customer accounts and data, including preferences and KYC.

  • Work on large projects related to regulation, such as consumer credit directives, and strategic projects like the creation of new banking packages.
  • Analyze business needs and write requirements for technology teams to implement.
  • Navigate complex environments effectively.
  • Master project management methods and techniques.
  • Ensure qualitative solutions using various testing techniques.
  • Functionally lead stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Ensure all stakeholders share the same vision.
  • Make or challenge the business case.
  • Identify opportunities, risks, and unknowns, and seek solutions.
  • Cooperate in setting up test scenarios with the test team and end users.
  • Provide detailed and consolidated reporting to stakeholders and team leaders, highlighting attention points and suggesting solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Dutch/French and English.
