Function Description:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI expert and Power Platform developer. You will design and build high-quality dashboards, apps, and automated workflows that support business teams and contribute to a well-governed, efficient, and innovative Power Platform ecosystem. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on development, solutions design, and support for a growing community of citizen developers.

Responsibilities:

• Power BI Development & Analytics (40%)
  • Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
  • Apply best practices in data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Connect and integrate data from Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, SQL, and other relevant sources.
  • Ensure solutions are optimized, user-friendly, easily maintainable, and aligned with business needs.
• Power Apps & Power Automate Development (30%)
  • Build and maintain scalable solutions using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate flows.
  • Translate business requirements into functional, maintainable applications.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
  • Contribute to the creation of reusable templates, components, and architectural standards.
• Governance, Security & Compliance (10%)
  • Apply and promote Power Platform governance guidelines.
  • Review citizen-developed apps and flows to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Support standardization and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions.
• Enablement & Collaboration (10%)
  • Coach and support citizen developers across departments.
  • Provide training, best practices, and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Collaborate with architecture, IT, and business teams to ensure well-designed, sustainable solutions.
• Support & Continuous Improvement (10%)
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for existing Power BI and Power Platform solutions.
  • Perform regular audits and optimize production apps, flows, and dashboards.
  • Suggest improvements and contribute to a long-term Power Platform roadmap.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (3+ years).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem tools: Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, connectors & integrations.
• Experience with data modelling, DAX, and building scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Understanding of governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft cloud environments.

Communication Skills:

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple parallel tasks.
• Analytical mindset.
