Senior IT Transversal Scrum Master

Mission Context:

Within the IT Production Data team, you will drive the agile transformation of our data services. Your role will focus on empowering a high-performing team, ensuring value delivery, and promoting expertise across various entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Team Facilitation (Scrum/Kanban): Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of collaboration and proactive problem-solving. Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.

• IT Production Data Advocacy: Raise awareness of data services’ strategic value, identify cross-team synergies, and represent the team in workshops or presentations.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion Agile/DevOps best practices and collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to refine processes.

Language Requirements:

Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch or French).

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site and 50% homeworking.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• Technical Skills: Proven experience as a Scrum Master (PSM/CSM certification preferred). Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools. Familiarity with data environments and IT production.

• Soft Skills: Proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, pedagogical approach, resilience, and adaptability.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in banking/financial services or large-scale data projects.

• Knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR, BCBS 239, ISO 27001).
