For a client, we are seeking a Consultant – Web Author for a part-time assignment (60%).

Role Description:
The Consultant will play a key executional role in setting up and implementing digital campaigns and customer interactions across multiple online channels. This position requires a high degree of autonomy, accuracy, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement campaign pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Set up, execute, and manage e-mail campaigns via Selligent.
- Translate functional briefings into correct and high-quality technical implementations.
- Add and manage service moments in the app, aligned with customer segments.
- Create and implement web forms.
- Work with push notifications, SMS, and e-mail via Selligent.
- Manage and execute work via Jira tickets.
- Test and validate own work thoroughly (QA).
- Work on multiple parallel projects while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, campaign managers, and the CRM manager.
- Participate in daily stand-ups within the agile team setup.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Medior profile with approximately 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in digital content management and campaign execution.
- Able to work independently with minimal coaching.
- Comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience.
- Experience with Selligent or strong willingness and capacity to quickly learn it.
- Experience with marketing and e-mail campaigns.
- Strong technical understanding of mailing setups, contact lists, and CRM processes.
- Experience working with Jira or ticket-driven workflows.
- Extremely detail-oriented with a strong quality and testing mindset.
- Proactive and self-starting mentality.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with other CMS or marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with agile/tribe-based ways of working.
