Technical Product Manager

ICT Technical Product Manager – Core HR (SAP SuccessFactors)

Start Date: 01/06/2026

End Date: 31/12/2026, with an option for prolongation

Regime: Full-time, minimum 3 days/week onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Operational RUN (25% of activities):
    • Manage day-to-day operations of HR applications, including monitoring, incident resolution, and small configuration changes.
    • Oversee the technical lifecycle and continuous improvements of applications.
    • Enhance support documentation and interact with 4th line support parties.
  • BUILD & CHANGE (75% of activities):
    • Develop business cases and conduct business requirement and functional analysis.
    • Perform configuration, testing, and documentation.
    • Provide training and act as Technical Lead for small changes/implementations.

Key Projects:

  • SuccessFactors Foundations:

    • Review and adapt current SF implementation to fully utilize capabilities.
    • Oversee implementation of necessary adaptations.
  • Onboarding Project:
    • Enhance SF Onboarding setup and integration with SF Employee Central.
    • Analyze and improve SF Crossboarding and Offboarding flow.
  • Improvement of Integrations:
    • Enhance SF – Planpoint integration related to time off.
    • Improve SF – Sailpoint integration (IAM).
  • LMS Project (Learning Management System):
    • Review and simplify current L&D business processes and ICT landscape.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Experience:

    • 5 to 8 years of ICT experience, ideally within the HR domain.
    • Experience as SAP SuccessFactors implementation consultant for EC/onboarding.
    • Professional Implementation certificate is a plus.
    • Experience with integrations and project management is advantageous.
  • Application Knowledge:
    • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, Onboarding, and data framework.
    • Familiarity with payroll integration (Attentia) and Planpoint.
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
  • Competences:
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Good understanding of application lifecycle management.
  • Languages:
    • Preferably Dutch-native.
    • English proficiency is a must.
