Role Overview:
As a Product Owner Inbound–Outbound, you will represent the business for a crucial digital product within the Customer Experience domain. You will play a key role in further digitalizing and optimizing inbound and outbound processes, acting as the link between the business and IT. Your responsibilities include translating needs, ideas, and strategic objectives into concrete, high-value solutions and ensuring that the right priorities are set. You will maintain an end-to-end perspective, with particular attention to the customer, the employee, and the distribution partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the business for the product, responsible for vision, value, and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders: IT (Scrum Masters, Agile Teams, Domain Leads, architects) and business (product developers, operational departments, distribution partners, portfolio managers, other Product Owners).
- Own the Product Backlog Items: write, maintain, and prioritize tasks (changes, stories, etc.).
- Support Agile Teams in preparing and guiding Program Increment (PI) planning sessions and play an active role during Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and other ceremonies.
- Translate captured needs and high-level feature requests into clear and manageable user stories.
- Authorize closure of stories when they meet agreed-upon criteria.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when necessary.
- Actively take part in demos, evaluations, and retrospectives.
- Ensure smooth and transparent collaboration between the business and Scrum Teams.
- Align sufficiently with the business and manage expectations.
- Follow market and digital developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in change management and transformation trajectories.
- Demonstrable experience in business (e.g., customer service, product development, operations).
- Experience in organizing and supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ideally, knowledge of Agile/Scrum, preferably within a SAFe context.
- Very good command of Dutch, French, and English.
