. Functional Analyst – Supply Chain / ERP

Responsibilities:

• Support a Supply Chain transformation program by translating business processes into functional designs for ERP (SAP) and logistics systems.
• Analyze Supply Chain processes (procurement, warehousing, inventory, logistics).
• Gather and document requirements.
• Translate needs into functional specifications.
• Perform gap analysis & validation.
• Support solution design.
• Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT).
• Collaborate with business, IT, and integration teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 3–5+ years as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong Supply Chain process knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/SAP environments.
• Experience in ERP/logistics implementations.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications, and testing coordination.
• Understanding of ERP architecture and integrations (IDocs, APIs, data flows).
• Strong communication & documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• SAP modules: MM, WM, EWM, SD, PP.
• Logistics systems (WMS, TMS, OMS).
• Master data flows.
• Multi-site environments.
• Workshop facilitation.
• SQL / Power BI.
